What if any abuse/phishing/copyright infringement activities happens from my server?
Under no circumstances, VPS Cool will allow any abusive activities including, but not limited to, spamming, phishing, copyright infringement, etc. If any such cases are reported by our network team, VPS Cool reservs full rights to suspend or terminate your server. VPS Cool at its own discretion, shall provide a report on the abusive activities reported and may suspend your server. In such cases, no refund shall be provided. Since VPS Cool is providing unmanaged VPS servers, sole responsibiilty of such abusive activities is completely up on you and VPS Cool do not take any responsibiities in such cases.
